As Senior Estimator, you will lead the preparation of competitive tenders across a varied portfolio of civil engineering and groundworks schemes. The role utilises Conquest or similar estimating software, supported by digital measurement tools, with a flexible approach to tender production depending on client or framework requirements. You will work closely with pre-construction, commercial and operational teams to support bid strategy, value engineering and risk assessment. Experience working on infrastructure, highways, commercial, industrial and residential projects. Confident using Conquest or similar estimating software and digital take-off tools. Flexible approach to tender production, adapting to client or framework requirements. Strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and attention to detail.
