The role holder will work within the Network Security and Services team on the operation and administration of data network, collaboration and wireless services for the University. The role will be required to work with both internal customers and external service providers to ensure that the collaboration, wireless and data network services are responsive and continue to meet the Universitys needs. Assisting in the support and maintenance of the University campus data infrastructure including edge network switching, ensuring the University data network is optimised, monitored and performing to expectations. This position is working on-site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment.
