Lead Engineer – Controls Engineer

Lead Engineer Wednesbury A large dual-role laundry site producing linen for the Healthcare and Hospitality sectors. The laundry operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with additional weekend working during peak periods. The engineering department provides 24/7 reactive and proactive maintenance support. This is a hands-on leadership role , combining day-to-day people management with practical engineering responsibilities. You’ll lead by example, supporting the engineering team while actively carrying out maintenance, fault finding, repairs and continuous improvement activities across the site.
