Site Agent or Senior Agent

Site Agent Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Permanent Full-time Are you a Site Agent looking to build a long-term career in civil engineering on major infrastructure projects? Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Site Agent to join their delivery team on a long-term infrastructure project. As Site Agent, you will take full responsibility for managing a section of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be empowered to lead from the front, driving a ‘right first time’ culture while contributing to the long-term success of the project. Take ownership of planning, programming, and delivery of your section of works Produce and monitor construction programmes and progress reports Manage cost plans and oversee contractual elements of the project Work closely with commercial teams to identify and mitigate risks Lead on health, safety, environment, and quality compliance Collaborate with Project Managers and Works Managers to meet key milestones Ensure efficient and high-quality handover of completed works Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Previous experience in a Site Agent or similar role within civil engineering/infrastructure SMSTS & CSCS certification Full UK driving licence Long-term, stable project with career progression opportunities Join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work If you’re looking for a role where you can develop, lead, and make a lasting impact, apply with your CV ASAP!
