As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of coordinators to achieve organisational goals and objectives. Your primary role will be to provide guidance, support, and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Serve as the main point of escalation for the team. Provide administrative support, data delivery, and account management. Process improvement by assessing workflows to identify areas for simplification. Streamline procedures and implement best practices. Attend and represent the department at business and customer meetings. Generate and evaluate regular and on-demand reports for business and customer-related data, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and CMPs. Ensure compliance with company policies by managing all HR processes. Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth.
