We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Worker to join our Specialist Care team in Winchester. In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred care to a young adult with complex needs, supporting them to lead independent, fulfilling, and meaningful lives. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential. She enjoys an active and engaging routine, including puzzles, games, walks, outings, and her favourite films and TV shows.
