Registered Manager (Nurse Qualified) – Barnet, North London Full-Time, Permanent, onsite– Registered Manager (Essential) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a care home in Barnet. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and CQC standards. Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and wellbeing. Manage staffing levels, recruitment, retention, and workforce planning. Monitor clinical governance, risk management, and safeguarding processes. Manage budgets and resources effectively to support operational performance. Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across the service. Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections. Requirements Essential Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements. Domicilary Care experience Experience managing clinical teams and care delivery. Desirable Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
