Our Client is seeking a Principal Instrument Designer for an initial 2 month contract role that has an immediate start.

EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have: Experience working as a Principal Instrument Designer in the oil & gas industry Offshore project experience, as this role is supporting an offshore compression platform 2D experience and the ability to develop wiring/ termination diagrams. Experience in developing drawings in AutoCAD Experience of the job scope below
JOB SCOPE: This role involves preparing various Instrumentation and Telecommunication engineering deliverables, such as block diagrams, instrument indexes, location layouts, hookups, installation drawings, cable schedules, cable routing layouts, material take-offs, bills of material, and layouts for control and rack room.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support the Lead Designer. Adhere to company and project standards, procedures, and specifications
DURATION: 2+ months initially
LOCATION : The role will be based on 5 days a week in our Clients Offices in Surrey. Hybrid working may be possible with two days remote.
RATE : £45.00 per hourLtd co rate
