Night Manager / Night Duty Manager

Duty Manager Secure Childrens Residential Services Contract: Permanent (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £43,736 – £48,691 (depending on experience and qualifications) We are recruiting for an experienced Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a secure residential care service for children and young people. This role carries full operational oversight while on shift, so experience in residential or secure care is essential. You will ensure a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment, supporting both young people and staff. Provide visible leadership and oversee daily service operations Take full operational responsibility during shifts, including incident response Supervise and support staff, promoting reflective practice and development Manage rotas and resources to maintain continuity of care SVQ 3 Social Services – Children and Young People (or equivalent) is essential.
