CNC Machine Operative – Full Training Provided

We are now recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator to set and operate our CNC 5 Axis machine, producing parts correct to drawing. In addition to this as our CNC Turner you will be responsible for: Setting & Operating 5-axis CNC machines to produce high-precision components according to engineering specifications. Setting up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for optimal performance. Monitoring and inspecting workpieces to ensure they meet stringent quality standards. Performing routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating / setting 5-axis CNC machines – Experience in CNC Turning is essential.5 years’ experience of actual machining. IT literacy (Windows 7, MS Office). Experience in operating a 5 Axis machine A Strong understanding of CNC programs Knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining techniques.
