Electrician Job Title: Electrician Broadacres Housing Association, Northallerton Broadacres Housing Association is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our dynamic Property Services team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems in our properties to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents. Conduct electrical inspections, maintenance, and repairs in residential properties owned by Broadacres Housing Association– Install new electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures as needed– Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose problems– Work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments and external contractors to complete projects efficiently– Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond promptly to maintenance requests Previous experience working as an Electrician in a residential setting– Valid electrical license or certification– Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations– Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance situations If you are a reliable and skilled Electrician with a passion for providing high-quality services to residents, we want to hear from you.
