This is a full-time, permanent role offering a mix of installation, maintenance, and upgrade work within residential properties. As a Domestic Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical works in occupied and void residential properties. Key Responsibilities: Installation and replacement of wiring systems in domestic properties Consumer unit (fuse board) upgrades and replacements Fault finding and carrying out repairs Installation of sockets, lighting, and switches Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) Ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service Completing relevant job reports and certification Person Specification: Proven experience working as a domestic electrician Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Good communication and customer-facing skills Essential qualifications: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation Full UK driving xkybehq licence Desirable: 2391 Testing & Inspection Experience with EICRs and landlord certificates Salary & Benefits: Salary up to £41,500 DOE Overtime available at enhanced rates– On call rota is optional Company van and fuel card (if applicable) 23 days holiday (including bank holidays) Pension scheme Ongoing training and development opportunities Stable, long-term work with a respected local company…
