Seeking immediately-available CEO for a PE-backed professional services organisation

We are searching for a proven CEO for a specialist B2B consulting services company based in the South East of England. It is private-equity-backed, has revenues of c.£20m, has grown via acquisition and will be looking for an exit within the next 18 months. There is likely to be further M&A prior to an exit and thereafter with backing from the next financial sponsor.

The ideal candidate will –

• Be a proven CEO with experience in an entrepreneurial organisation and have presided over significant top-line growth and EBITDA improvement
• Have M&A and integration experience
• Have professional services / consulting / white collar B2B background
• Have been through a PE-backed exit
• Be able to start at relatively short notice, immediate or within a couple of months would be beneficial

There will be a competitive package plus attractive exit bonus for the incoming CEO.
