Marketing & Business Development Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing & Business Coordinator to join our team on a full-time maternity cover basis, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
This is a varied position ideal for a recent Marketing, Business or related graduate looking to gain hands-on experience across marketing, administration and business development. We are looking for someone with energy, initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to make a real impact within a growing business. As a small team, the successful candidate will need to be a self-starter who enjoys taking responsibility, learning new skills, managing their own workload and taking ownership of projects. We value people who can think independently, spot opportunities for improvement and help drive the business forward.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand
- Ownership of website content and updates
- Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Creation of Meta advertising campaigns
- SEO improvements and keyword research
- Writing blog posts and case studies
- Creating brochures, flyers, and showroom materials
- Managing online reviews (Google, TrustATrader, Guild of Master Craftsmen)
- Email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Content Creation
- Visiting ongoing & completed projects to photograph and film work
- Creating reels and short-form videos
- Customer testimonials and case studies
- Before-and-after project content
- Organising photography library
Lead Generation
- Tracking all enquiries and lead sources
- Following up website enquiries
- Assisting with quote follow-up campaigns
- Managing local partnerships and networking opportunities
Office Administration
- Answering customer calls
- Managing shared email inboxes
- Booking showroom appointments
- Maintaining CRM/customer database
- Producing window drawings using CAD
