We are a members’ club for company founders, and we are looking for a sales director to oversee the whole sales cycle. We restore period buildings and convert them into beautiful members’ clubs; our clients have their own office, regular events, stunning communal lounges, and even a free bar.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.

• Generate new business by conducting client tours

• Sales progression & compliance.

• Regular meetings to update the founder

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Performing client tours of our clubs
• Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
• Convert enquiries into sales tours
