As a Professional Educator & Business Manager, you will become part of Consult’s specialist Philips team, working exclusively in support of Philips Oral Healthcare within your territory. You will be permanently employed, managed and supported by Consult, whilst collaborating closely with Philips to deliver professional education, customer engagement and business objectives across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dental professional looking to transition into industry, combining clinical expertise with education, relationship management and commercial impact for one of the world’s leading oral healthcare brands.
The Role
You will utilise your dental knowledge and professional credibility to educate dental professionals, increase awareness and recommendation of Philips Oral Healthcare products, and build strong relationships across your territory.
Working as part of a national team, you will engage with dental practices, educational institutions, professional organisations and key industry stakeholders to deliver educational programmes and support territory objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional education programmes to dental professionals across your territory
- Develop and execute local professional engagement plans aligned with national strategies
- Present educational content to dental practices, schools, trade associations and regional events
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, industry influencers and professional organisations
- Increase awareness, trial, recommendation and advocacy of Philips Oral Healthcare products
- Monitor activity and performance against agreed objectives and KPIs
- Identify and communicate competitor activity and market insights
- Represent Philips Oral Healthcare professionally across all customer interactions
About You
We would particularly welcome applications from:
- Dental Hygienists
- Dental Therapists
- Dental Nurses
- Other dental professionals with strong clinical knowledge and presentation skills
You will also ideally have:
- Experience delivering presentations, training sessions or educational programmes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with a wide range of professional stakeholders
- An understanding of scientific, clinical and regulatory considerations within healthcare products
- Strong organisational and territory management skills
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the region
