About the Opportunity
We are working in partnership with a leading interior fit out contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
This organisation operates at the forefront of the construction and fit-out sector, delivering projects for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients across retail, hospitality, banking and commercial environments. The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project costs from inception through to final account
- Preparing and reviewing tender submissions and cost plans
- Contract administration and risk management
- Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation and valuation
- Monitoring project budgets, forecasts and cash flow
- Ensuring commercial compliance across all project phases
- Collaborating closely with operational teams, clients and stakeholders
About You
We’re keen to speak with commercially driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
You will ideally have:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out, interiors or construction
- Strong knowledge of commercial processes and contract management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field
