I’m currently partnering with a growing business within the finance sector that is looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to lead an established sales team.
This role would suit someone who loves the coaching and leadership side of management but is equally comfortable being hands-on, analysing performance, driving accountability and helping their team consistently achieve results.
What they’re looking for:
• Experience managing managers within a sales environment
• A proven track record leading large, high-volume sales teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced contact centre or call centre environment
• Strong coaching and performance management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple KPIs, conversion metrics and sales targets simultaneously
• Experience operating within a B2C sales environment
• Someone who thrives in a data-driven, high-accountability culture
