Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) – Real Estate Disputes, Construction & Regulatory

A leading national law firm is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to support its Real Estate Disputes, Construction and Regulatory teams, with a particular focus on Building Safety Act-related work.
This role will involve coordinating know-how and information sharing across teams, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, producing client-facing insight, developing precedents and supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services in a rapidly evolving area of law.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking developments relating to building safety, remediation and technical defects claims
- Producing legal updates, insights and knowledge-sharing materials
- Developing and maintaining precedents and know-how resources
- Supporting lawyers across Real Estate Disputes, Construction and Regulatory teams
- Exploring and implementing generative AI solutions to enhance knowledge management
- Contributing to wider property disputes knowledge, including telecoms and landlord and tenant matters
About You
- Qualified solicitor with contentious legal experience
- Strong drafting and knowledge management skills
- Interest in building safety, construction defects and property disputes
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams
