Electrical Project Engineer

We are partnering with a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor to recruit an Electrical Project Engineer for their major schemes division in Central London. This business is renowned for its engineering-led approach, offering the perfect environment for a technically sharp engineer to fast-track their career on projects valued up to £80M.

The Opportunity

• The Projects: Support the delivery of massive electrical packages on flagship commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
• The Location: Central London (excellent transport links and top-tier site setups)
• The Role: Working alongside a Senior Project Manager, you will be the technical heartbeat of the project. You’ll manage technical submittals, coordinate RFIs, oversee spatial/BIM coordination, and manage specialist sub-contractors on-site to ensure quality and compliance

What we are looking for

• Proven Track Record: Experience working as an Electrical Engineer or Coordinator for an M&E contractor, ideally exposed to packages upwards of £5M–£10M
• Technical Sharpness: Strong technical understanding of LV distribution, lighting & control systems, fire alarms, and security/ICT systems.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills,you’ll be coordinating between design teams, main contractors, and site supervisor
• Qualifications: Relevant qualification (Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or Building Services)
