We are working with a highly regarded and expanding law firm seeking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their established Private Wealth team. This is a senior opportunity offering high-quality, technically complex work across both a London hub and Thames Valley office.
This position would suit a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE who thrives on handling sophisticated matters, enjoys autonomy, and is motivated to contribute to the strategic growth and market presence of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on complex estate and tax planning for high-net-worth and internationally mobile clients
- Drafting wills, LPAs, trusts, and structuring cross-border wealth arrangements
- Supporting business owners with succession planning, governance, and wealth preservation
- Collaborating with corporate teams on restructures, exits, and shareholder matters
- Supervising junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in private client work
- Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, tax, and estate planning
- Experience handling high-value or multi-jurisdictional matters independently
- Commercially aware with strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- STEP and/or CTA qualification preferred
