Job Description:

About US

Backed by leading investors including HL Partnership, Better Group, Experian, the CEO of OakNorth, and the former Chairman of Salesforce, we’re building the technology platform powering the future of UK home-buying.

We started by solving a major gap in the mortgage market, helping customers traditional brokers often couldn’t serve. To do that, we built Haya, our proprietary data, automation and decisioning platform.

Today, our technology powers eligibility, affordability and end-to-end mortgage journeys at scale through partners including Experian, reaching millions of consumers.

We are growing rapidly across both Haysto and Picnic, spanning specialist and mainstream mortgages, embedded finance partnerships, direct-to-consumer acquisition and platform-led distribution.

The Opportunity

We’re making a significant investment in the new-build market, which is one of the company’s most important strategic growth initiatives.

We’ve already signed a national partnership with one of the UK’s top three housebuilders and are embedding our platform directly into their customer journey and website experience. Alongside this, we’re developing innovative qualification, eligibility and reservation technology that will help housebuilders convert more customers, improve reservation rates and deliver a significantly better buying experience.

This is an opportunity to join at the beginning of that journey and play a key role in building what we believe will become the UK’s leading technology-enabled new homes mortgage proposition.

The Role

The Partner Manager will own the success of our housebuilder partnerships.

You’ll work closely with regional sales teams, sales directors, digital teams and senior leadership within our partners to maximise adoption, drive commercial performance and ensure every development is delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Internally, you’ll act as the bridge between our commercial, operations, product and engineering teams, ensuring customer and partner feedback continuously improves our proposition.

This is far more than traditional account management. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving commercial problems and helping scale a category-defining business.

  • Ensure partners understand the proposition and customer journey.
  • Drive operational excellence during rollout.
