Reed are looking for an experienced Solicitor or FCILEx (authorised litigator) (minimum 8 years PQE or equivalent) to join our well-established Family Department. The successful candidate will be experienced in divorce and financial matters including pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
You will be personable, motivated and able to work as an individual and as part of a dedicated team. There are excellent career prospects for the right candidate.
Hybrid Working
This role would be based in our clients Bristol office, with a combination of home and office working.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Running own caseload of divorce and finance cases
- Doing own advocacy where appropriate
- Assisting with the Company’s work creation projects
- Assisting with the Company’s on line documents
- Appropriate networking/marketing/business development
- Assisting with the training/development of junior Case Handlers
- Any additional duties as required

- Some experience of international divorce and finance cases
Experience Required
Essential:
- Experience of running own caseload within a family law environment, dealing with divorce and finance cases
- Advocacy experience
- Supervision experience
Desirable:
- Resolution Accredited specialist
Education
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (authorised litigator) or equivalent.
