This is a fabulous, fast-growing, female-founded Australian lifestyle and footwear brand, who is seeking an experienced Wholesale Manager to drive growth and retail partnerships across the UK!

Known for blending style, comfort, and practicality, the brand has built a loyal global customer base and strong retail network. Designed for vibrant people aged 35–55 who value both fashion and functionality, the brand continues to expand internationally and is entering an exciting phase of UK growth.

This FULLY REMOTE role will focus on growing wholesale revenue through new business development and account management. Acting as a key brand ambassador, you’ll build strong relationships with retail partners, lead seasonal sell-ins, identify new opportunities, and work closely with global teams to deliver ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

·      Drive wholesale sales growth across independent and multi-door retail accounts

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and partners

·      Identify, secure, and onboard new wholesale accounts

·      Lead seasonal sell-ins, forecasting, and pipeline management

·      Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and customer visits

·      Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional opportunities

·      Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Planning teams on launches and retail initiatives

·      Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback

·      Support customer and brand activation events alongside the UK marketing team

About You

·      Proven experience in wholesale sales, account management, or business development within fashion, footwear, accessories, or consumer goods

·      Strong understanding of the UK retail and wholesale landscape

·      Track record of driving sales growth and developing key accounts

·      Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

·      Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working autonomously

·      Positive, collaborative, and adaptable with a hands-on approach

·      Existing relationships with UK retail buyers are advantageous
