Quest is partnering with a well-known global beauty brand that is undergoing an exciting period of DTC growth and international expansion. The business has built strong brand equity and is now investing heavily in scaling its eCommerce teams to drive long-term profitable growth across multiple markets.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to drive online trading performance, optimise the customer journey, and lead ecommerce operations across EMEA and international markets.

This role will take ownership of website performance, localisation, campaign execution, and digital trading strategy, ensuring a seamless and high-converting customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning website performance across multiple markets, ensuring localised content, pricing, and product availability
  • Developing and executing market-specific trading calendars aligned to revenue targets
  • Leading site merchandising and optimisation to reflect customer behaviour and regional demand
  • Planning and executing global and regional campaigns across digital channels
  • Managing ecommerce operations including stock availability, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment performance
  • Driving trading strategy through pricing, promotions, and commercial planning
  • Identifying and implementing UX and CRO improvements, including A/B testing roadmaps
  • Managing paid media agency performance to support acquisition and growth
  • Analysing ecommerce performance data, delivering insights, and driving continuous optimisation
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, digital, supply chain, and customer service teams

THE PERSON

We are looking for a commercially driven, highly analytical ecommerce professional with strong experience operating across international markets.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in ecommerce management within a consumer or beauty-led environment
  • Strong experience managing localisation across multiple international markets (beyond UK/US preferred)
  • Solid commercial and trading expertise, with a clear understanding of growth levers across the ecommerce funnel
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery across digital channels (social, search, paid media)
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify experience advantageous)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) with a data-led approach to decision making
  • Experience in website merchandising, optimisation, and customer journey management
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
