Senior Business Analyst – Digital
Birmingham (Hybrid 2/3 days onsite) | £50,000-£60,000 + Benefits
One of the world’s largest food service and hospitality businesses is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a digital product team that’s genuinely trying to do things better – not just faster.
This isn’t a requirements-gathering, ticket-writing BA role. You’d be embedded in a cross-functional product team working on a large-scale, consumer-facing digital platform – owning discovery end-to-end, shaping how problems get defined before they ever reach engineering, and acting as the bridge between senior stakeholders and an offshore development team.
You’d sit alongside a Delivery Manager and Solutions Architect, working closely with the Principal Product Manager – and as the product matures, there’s a clear path toward product ownership for the right person.
What we’re after:
✅ Proven Senior BA background on complex, evolving digital products
✅ Strong agile delivery experience
✅ Comfortable with ambiguity
✅ Confident holding your own with tech teams and business stakeholders
✅ Exposure to digital platforms, APIs or integrations
✅ A commercial mindset – outcome-focused, willing to challenge, not just document
