Electrical Project Manager

We are partnering with a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor to recruit an Electrical Project Manager for their major schemes division in Central London. This business is renowned for its engineering-led approach, offering the perfect environment for a commercially astute and technically sharp manager to lead flagship projects valued up to £40M.

The Opportunity

• The Projects: Take full ownership of massive electrical packages on flagship commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
• The Location: Central London
• The Role: Reporting into a Project Director, you will lead the project delivery team. You’ll have overall responsibility for commercial performance, program scheduling, client management, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and engineering compliance.

What we are looking for:

• Proven Track Record: Extensive experience acting as a Project Manager or Senior Engineer ready to step up, successfully delivering electrical packages upwards of £5M–£10M+.
• Commercial & Delivery Expertise: Strong capability in managing project budgets, variations, sub-contractor procurement, and tight master programs.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage relationships with main contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Qualifications: Relevant qualification (Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or Building Services) alongside standard site certifications (SMSTS, CSCS).
