Inside Sales Representative (Remote – UK-based, German Market)
We’re working with a global market leader in flexible workspace solutions who are expanding their Inside Sales team and hiring multiple representatives across the UK.
This is a high-volume, inbound sales role where you’ll be speaking to warm, ready-to-buy leads and closing deals often on the first call. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and want clear progression into senior sales roles, this is an excellent opportunity.
The Role
- Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to close
- Handling 60–80 inbound calls per day
- Converting warm leads into new business (no cold calling)
- Building rapport quickly and closing efficiently over the phone
- Working closely with field sales teams for more complex requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a direct sales role (essential)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, call-driven environment
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Positive attitude with a focus on performance and consistency
- German language skills (native/fluent) for specific roles
