Salary: 130-150k + bonus, benefits, equity.
We are retained by a private equity-backed market leader to appoint an M&A & Integration Director.
This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the inorganic growth agenda of a successful, ambitious business operating in a highly fragmented UK market.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and investors, you’ll own the full acquisition lifecycle—from developing proprietary deal flow and executing transactions through to post-acquisition integration and delivering the value creation that underpins the investment case.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply enjoys doing deals. We’re looking for an individual who understands that the real value is created after completion, bringing businesses, people and cultures together while realising commercial and operational synergies.
We’re keen to speak with individuals from corporate finance, private equity, strategy, business transformation or in-house M&A backgrounds who have successfully led acquisitions and integrations within lower mid-market businesses.
The package includes a competitive executive salary, bonus and long-term equity participation.
