s.What You’ll Be Do

• ies:Take ownership of reactive and planned maintenance strategy and delivery across the estate, prioritising effectively across multiple s
• itesBuild, manage, and evaluate a network of trusted contractors (M&E, fabric, gas, refrigeration, etc.) – negotiating terms, monitoring performance, and holding them to acc
• ountDiagnose technical issues with enough credibility to challenge contractor quotes, scope of works, and timel
• inesManage compliance across health & safety, fire safety, gas, and electrical regulat
• ionsDevelop and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to reduce reactive spend over
• timeControl and report on maintenance budgets across the es
• tateWork closely with Operations and site leadership to balance commercial pressures with property stand
• ardsIdentify capex requirements and support investment planning for the es
