We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join a growing civils and earthworks business, supporting the delivery of a range of construction projects. This role would suit a Surveyor with a strong background in engineering surveying, earthworks, groundworks, or infrastructure projects who is looking to work in a hands-on site-based environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate survey information to support project delivery, including topographical surveys, setting out, as-built surveys, and general construction surveying. The role will involve working closely with site teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure survey requirements are delivered efficiently and accurately
.A key part of the role will involve supporting earthworks operations, including large-scale volumetric surveys, cut and fill calculations, stockpile measurements, progress monitoring, and providing survey data to assist with project planning and delivery. Experience working on major earthworks projects, quarries, highways, or large civils schemes would be advantageou
s.The successful candidate will be confident using modern surveying equipment including GPS and robotic total stations, with the ability to process and manage survey data using relevant software packages.
