Maintenance Engineer

The Role

• We are seeking a plumber to work for this leading manufacturer of Bathrooms to identify and rectify maintenance issues with the bathrooms after they have been fitted.
• Issues are generally around pumps or pipework but there is a variety of issues. You will be entering public and private sector properties across the Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire areas.
• Identify and rectify maintenance issues with bathrooms after they have been fitted.
• Undertake some pre-fitting surveys for smaller jobs to let the fitting team know what products are needed for the job.

Qualifications

• You will be qualified in plumbing.
• You will hold a valid UK driving licence.

Skills

• Good communication skills as you will be entering properties often when the homeowner or tenant is home.
• IT literate, able to use Microsoft packages.
• Experience with CAD is a bonus.
