Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding experiences for customers and colleagues, enhancing and strengthening the brand.
- Reception Services Management: Coach and develop the reception team, create development plans, and lead by example.
- Business Development: Participate in and support sales presentations, client meetings, and site tours.
- Financial Management: Oversee payroll administration and management.
About You
- Previous experience in a corporate environment or a senior hospitality role, such as Front of House Manager or Director of Rooms.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
- Committed to continuous improvement and achieving excellence.
- Skilled at building strong relationships based on trust and professionalism.
- A natural leader with excellent people-management skills.
