The position combines business development, team leadership and building surveying service delivery across commercial, development and public-sector markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional and project-based building surveying instructions
• Develop strategic client relationships and secure new commissions
• Manage team performance, mentoring and professional development
• Support regional growth and business performance objectives
• Represent the consultancy at senior client meetings and engagements

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or related built environment discipline
• MRICS qualified
• Senior-level consultancy building surveying experience
• Proven business development and client acquisition track record
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams

Salary & Package

• £65,000 – £85,000 basic salary
• £5,438 annual car allowance
