I’m working with a growing ecommerce and fulfilment operation that is looking to appoint an Senior Operations Manager to play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and supporting future growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager, Fulfilment Manager, Warehouse Manager, Shift Manager, Workforce Planning Manager, or a high-performing Supervisor / Team Leader ready for the next step.
We’re keen to speak with individuals who have experience in:
• Ecommerce, retail, fulfilment or logistics operations
• Peak trading and workforce planning
• Coaching, mentoring and succession planning
• Leading large operational teams
• KPI and performance management
• WMS, automation, Blue Yonder, AutoStore or similar operational systems
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational performance, developing future leaders, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the operation is well-positioned to manage future growth and peak periods.
Salary: Circa £60,000 plus bonus
