RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive International HR Business Partner to support growing operations across Europe and Asia. Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on HR leader, you will partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organisational goals while ensuring compliance with local employment legisla

tion.This role supports employees and managers across the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, India, and Singapore. The successful candidate will have strong international HR experience, excellent business acumen, and the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term strategic initiat

  • ; ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or CI
  • PD Level 5 +7+ years of progressive HR experience within a multinational and/or European
  • environment.Strong expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and leadersh
  • ip coaching.Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a fast-paced, evolving
  • environment.Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing busines
  • s decisions.Strong knowledge of employment law across Europe and familiarity with key international markets, including Singapor
  • e and India.Experience working with HRIS and workforce analytics platforms; Workday and ADP experienc
  • e preferred.Experience working within a U.S.-based organisation, ideally a public company and matrixed global environment, is highl
