Talent Acquisition Intern

At JD Logistics, you’ll gain hands-on recruitment experience in a global business while helping us attract top talent across the UK. This is more than an internship: it’s an opportunity to build real-world skills, work on impactful projects, and learn from experienced HR professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Support recruitment activities across warehouse, operations, and corporate roles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
• Help improve recruitment processes and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Passionate about recruitment, people, and talent acquisition.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Language Requirements

• English: Required
• Chinese (Mandarin): Highly preferred
