A growing, entrepreneurial law firm is looking to recruit an NQ Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding Corporate team in Manchester. The firm has built an excellent reputation for advising owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and SMEs, offering high-quality legal advice with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a close-knit team where you’ll enjoy early responsibility, direct client contact and exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions from day one.
The Role
Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, you’ll advise clients on a wide variety of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions.
- Company sales and acquisitions.
- Shareholder and investment agreements.
- Corporate restructures and reorganisations.
- Joint ventures.
- Corporate governance and company law advice.
- Supporting transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
About You
- Due to qualify as a Solicitor this summer (or recently qualified).
- Have completed at least one seat in Corporate during your training contract.
- Strong technical drafting and analytical skills.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in corporate transactions.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships.
- Motivated, enthusiastic and keen to develop within a collaborative team.
