Territory Sales Manager

They’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow a customer base of supermarkets, petrol stations, independent retailers, and Cash & Carry outlets across Oxford and the surrounding area.
You’ll build relationships, increase product distribution, improve merchandising standards, and support customers with product knowledge and trading agreements across a portfolio of market-leading FMCG brands.
Full training is provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to join a global FMCG leader.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with retail customers across your territory
- Increase product distribution and availability
- Improve merchandising and in-store visibility
- Educate customers on products, promotions and trading agreements
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and market share
- Deliver against sales targets and KPIs
- Act as a trusted partner to your customers
The Successful Candidate:
- Any sales background will be considered (both B2C and B2B sales)
- FMCG experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and commercially minded
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Full UK driving licence
Package:
- Basic Salary: £35,500
- OTE: £47,500
