A commercial insurance business in Surrey is seeking a Head of Compliance (SMF16).

The firm have experienced great success over recent years and you will join a motivated, friendly team.

Key responsibilities include:

• SMF16 Accountabilities and Regulatory Oversight
• Consumer Duty Oversight
• Operational Resilience Oversight
• Compliance Strategy and Advisory
• Conduct Risk, Culture and Governance
• Regulatory Change and Horizon Scanning
• Product, Pricing and Distribution Oversight
• Third Party and Outsourcing Compliance
• Compliance Monitoring, Controls and Assurance
• Data, MI and Reporting

It is essential that you have senior compliance leadership experience within general insurance, experience operating credibly at Board, Committee and Executive level and a proven track record of managing regulatory relationships.

The package includes a base salary up to £100,000 + 25% bonus potential and a significant LTIP.
