Apply for the Creative Event Producer
Location: London
Job Description:

Hello, we’re Order+Chaos

.

We’re a creative agency built to bridge the gap between brands and the cultural voices shaping today’s world.

Over the last 18 months, we’ve worked with brands including TikTok, Netflix, Sony Music, Paramount+, BAFTA, Uber and Hinge, delivering everything from creator experiences and live events to film premieres, cultural moments and large-scale brand activations. Along the way, we’ve collaborated with talent including Kylie Minogue, Charli xcx, Confidence Man and JADE, as well as creating experiences around some of the world’s biggest entertainment IP, including The Celebrity Traitors.

As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for ambitious, talented people to join the team and help shape what’s next. Which brings us to this role.

What You’ll Be Working On

Our projects sit at the intersection of entertainment, culture and community. Recent and upcoming projects include:

  • Film premieres and red carpet events
  • Creator and influencer experiences
  • Entertainment launches
  • Cultural partnerships and live moments
  • Industry summits and conferences
  • Community-led experiences
  • Brand activations and campaigns

The Role

This role is central to how Order+Chaos operates.

This isn’t just a logistics role. It’s about understanding a client brief and turning it into an experience people genuinely want to be part of. It’s about spotting the right cultural reference, finding the perfect venue, bringing together the right collaborators and figuring out how an idea evolves from a mood board into a real-world experience. We care as much about the journey as we do about the final moment when the lights come up and the doors open.

You’ll work closely with the founder across both agency operations and client projects, helping shape not just how we deliver work, but what we create.

We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing creative concepts, building mood boards, researching talent and collaborators, creating budgets, managing timelines, leading client conversations and delivering exceptional experiences onsite.

You should be highly organised, culturally connected and creatively curious. Someone who understands that the best events aren’t just well-produced, they’re thoughtful, relevant and memorable. Most importantly, you’ll know how to make things happen.

Your Responsibilities

Creative Development & Curation

  • Interpreting client briefs and helping shape creative responses
  • Developing concepts, themes and audience experiences
  • Creating mood boards, visual references and inspiration decks
  • Researching cultural trends, talent, creators, venues and collaborators
  • Curating speakers, performers, creators, partners and programming
  • Identifying new ideas, formats and opportunities that elevate our work
  • Working closely with designers, strategists and production partners to bring ideas to life
  • Helping ensure every project feels relevant, thoughtful and distinctive

Event & Project Delivery

  • Leading projects from concept through to completion
  • Being responsible for making ideas happen on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of delivery
  • Creating and maintaining timelines, production schedules and delivery plans
  • Producing call sheets, run sheets, production bibles and operational plans
  • Managing venue relationships, supplier communications and stakeholder coordination
  • Holding the creative vision throughout production, protecting what matters and flexing what doesn’t
  • Leading onsite delivery and ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly

Client Management

  • Acting as a day-to-day contact for clients
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Leading project meetings, status calls and presentations
  • Managing feedback and ensuring projects remain on track
  • Communicating clearly, proactively and confidently throughout the project lifecycle

Supplier & Partner Management

  • Sourcing, briefing and managing suppliers, freelancers and collaborators
  • Building relationships with venues, production partners and talent teams
  • Negotiating costs and managing supplier budgets
  • Bringing new partners, ideas and production solutions into projects
  • Developing a trusted network of people who help make great work happen

Budget & Commercial Management

  • Building project budgets from the ground up
  • Tracking costs and managing reconciliations
  • Managing POs, invoices and approvals
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise creative impact within budget
  • Supporting project profitability and commercial performance
  • Keeping a close eye on scope, risks and opportunities throughout delivery

Culture & Craft

  • Staying connected to culture, entertainment and the conversations shaping communities
  • Understanding audiences and what genuinely resonates with them
  • Bringing fresh references, ideas and inspiration into the business
  • Attending creative development sessions and helping bridge the gap between idea and execution
  • Championing operational excellence and attention to detail
  • Constantly asking not just “Can we do this?” but “How can we make it better?”

Essentials

Ideally, you’ll:

  • Have 4–8+ years experience in events, experiential, entertainment or brand experience
  • Have experience developing projects from concept through to delivery
  • Be both creative and highly organised
  • Understand how to respond to a client brief and turn it into an experience
  • Have strong presentation and communication skills
  • Be comfortable managing clients, budgets and timelines
  • Have experience working with suppliers, venues and external partners
  • Be naturally curious about culture, entertainment and communities
  • Enjoy moving between creative thinking and practical delivery
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Want to help build something, not just plug into an existing machine

A Few Things To Know

  • We’re still growing, fast.
  • There isn’t a huge corporate structure here, and that’s intentional. You’ll have genuine influence over the work we create, the people we work with and how the business evolves.
  • Autonomy is a given, but never in isolation. We trust people to take ownership, collaborate closely and ask for support when they need it.
  • We’re building a team of people who care deeply about the work, each other and the world around them.
  • Accessibility and inclusivity matter to us, both in how we create experiences and how we build our team.

Chaos to Kindness

  • We believe in the power of creativity and experiences to shift culture, and in using that power to open doors.
  • Through our Chaos to Kindness initiative, we support underrepresented creatives, platform emerging talent and create space for stories that rarely get told.
  • You’ll be part of a team that believes great work can create opportunities for others — and that who gets to make it is just as important as what gets made.

What You’ll Get

  • Opportunity to help shape a fast-growing creative business
  • Direct access to founders and senior clients
  • Genuine creative ownership
  • Diverse and culturally relevant projects
  • A collaborative, ambitious team environment
  • Hybrid working
  • Competitive salary dependent on experience
