The Role

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Handle files from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, agents and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Contribute to the team’s reputation for clear, efficient and personal service.

About You

• Qualified or Unqualified with a strong background in managing your own residential property files.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Confident, approachable and committed to delivering high‑quality client care.
• Comfortable working in a busy, collaborative conveyancing team.
