Building Fabric Contract Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of building fabric maintenance, refurbishment and minor works projects across a prestigious, high-profile estate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Contract Manager, Building Fabric Manager, Minor Works Manager or Projects Manager looking to take ownership of a long-term contract with significant growth potential.
The Role
Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for the operational and commercial performance of the contract, managing a team of engineers and specialist subcontractors whilst delivering a wide range of refurbishment, lifecycle and building fabric projects.
This role offers a genuine opportunity to influence the future growth of the contract through strong client relationships, project delivery and identification of additional works opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of building fabric maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Delivery of minor works and project activity across occupied buildings.
- Management of subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
- Client and stakeholder relationship management.
- Budget and commercial management.
- Identifying and developing additional works opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and contractual obligations.
- Managing project delivery from quotation through to completion.
- Leading and developing site-based teams.
