How you make day to day impact
- Deliver Peerless Writing: Produce high-quality, scientifically accurate, and engaging medical copy across a diverse range of promotional channels.
- Own the Accuracy: Champion the scientific integrity of your projects, ensuring all data, references, and claims are absolutely flawless.
- Think Critically: Handle internal and external feedback, be ready to constructively challenge comments that are unclear or compromise the creative vision.
- Step into Leadership: Actively develop your briefing, reviewing, and mentoring skills, learning how to deliver constructive, empowering feedback to peers and Associate Medical Writers.
- Conquer New Therapy Areas: Dive into fresh therapeutic landscapes and get inside the brand to master client portfolios, competitor markets, and clinical strategies.
- Master the Rules: Develop a rock-solid understanding of industry codes of practice (such as the ABPI) to keep our work bold yet compliant.
- Step onto the Client Stage: Start building trust and direct relationships with clients and external experts
- Support the Win: Assist in developing high-energy proposals and pitch materials to help us win new business and grow existing accounts.
- Understand the Business of Creativity: Develop your commercial acumen by learning how projects are scoped and budgeted, keeping teams instantly updated on any timeline or schedule changes.
What You Bring
- Agency Craft: Proven promotional writing experience within a healthcare communications agency, managing a diverse array of complex deliverables.
- Creative Flexibility: The natural ability to bend and flex your writing style to resonate with different audiences, from specialists to patients.
- Scientific Foundation: A degree in Life Sciences (ideally holding an MSc or PhD) backed by working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
