NVH CAE Engineer – System Level & Trimmed Body
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced NVH CAE Engineer to support system-level and trimmed body NVH analysis for full vehicle programs. The role focuses on model build, simulation, issue diagnosis, and design support to meet vehicle NVH targets. The position requires strong collaboration with design, testing, and cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
System-Level NVH Analysis
- Perform system-level NVH analysis for BIW, closures, chassis, and related subsystems
- Conduct and interpret:
- Modal analysis
- Global stiffness analysis
- Frequency Response Function (FRF) analysis
- Support achievement of vehicle NVH attribute targets
- Apply optimization methods to improve NVH performance
- Perform advanced analyses such as joint stiffness, section stiffness, and ERP
Trimmed Body & Acoustic Analysis
- Build and integrate trimmed body CAE models including all major subsystems
- Develop and analyze acoustic cavity models and acoustic packages
- Execute trimmed body NVH analyses including:
- Modal
- IPI / LDS
- Noise Transfer Functions (NTF)
- Vibration Transfer Functions (VTF)
- Identify root causes of NVH issues using methods such as GPART, MPA, and PPA
Vehicle-Level Support
- Support full vehicle NVH analysis and test–CAE correlation
- Exposure to hybrid simulation and Transfer Path Analysis (TPA) is an added advantage
Design & Collaboration
- Understand vehicle functional requirements and NVH DVPs
- Participate in design reviews and recommend:
- Countermeasures
- Design modifications to meet NVH targets
- Prepare clear technical reports and presentations for stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in system-level and trimmed body NVH CAE
- Hands-on experience with complex model build and integration
- Strong understanding of vehicle NVH performance and diagnostics
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams
