About the Role:

You’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, developing employer engagement across key regions and promoting our new innovative curriculum model in Finance, Digital, and Professional Services.
Please Note: This role is Field-based in England and will involve frequent travel across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with levy-paying employers, generating multi-year deals aligning apprenticeship solutions to their workforce needs and working toward scalable cohort delivery models.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, identifying opportunities to deliver MetaGedu’s unique curriculum and enrichment offer.
- Promote the MetaGedu way and our subject matter experts, added-value enrichment, and learner-first approach.
- Cross-sell GEDU Group’s wider education solutions to create integrated workforce development plans.
- Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations that showcase our impact and ambition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless programme delivery and employer satisfaction.
- Consistently identifies and converts opportunities in line with KPIs and growth targets, positioning MetaGedu as a trusted partner in talent development.
- Represent MetaGedu at regional events, forums, and industry panels
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of consistent performance in business development, ideally within apprenticeships or vocational training, with the gravitas and authenticity to build trust and influence across all levels, especially with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strategic self-starter who owns their regional employer relationships, proactively develops leads, and leverages multiple sales channels to secure high-impact employer meetings.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Exceptional communicator and consultative seller, able to confidently engage C-suite stakeholders, clearly articulate MetaGedu’s unique value proposition, and listen with intent to tailor solutions that meet real business needs.
- Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of regional growth, and consistently develop new opportunities.
- Thrives on autonomy, embraces challenge, and remains focused on delivering meaningful impact through employer engagement.
