We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with strong UCaaS / CCaaS experience for a leading company.
Manage and develop strategic customer relationships across customer base & selective new client acquisition.
Responsible for protecting and growing recurring revenue, improving customer outcomes and identifying opportunities to expand services through long-term account development and trusted advisory engagement.
Act as the primary commercial lead for assigned customers, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction and sustainable account growth

Specific Role Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
Producing proposals and reports
Exerting influence to develop revenue and scope of services and associated adoption within customers.
Identifying expansion opportunities, service improvements and additional value within existing customer accounts
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the marketplace, including sector opportunities and collaboration / partnering opportunities.
Chairing / planning technical workshop meetings and engagement.
Effective planning and reviewing of significant projects and management of change initiatives
Remaining positive and taking difficult decisions in order to succeed in complex or stressful situations
Resolves conflict and encourages co-operation within and across teams and groups
Developing and managing relationships across customers with responsibility for planning engagement and communications across respective teams.
Liaising with internal resource and third-party resource managing communications and coordinating efforts in support of successful bids and client development strategies.
Develop and manage long-term customer success and account growth plans, including retention, service adoption and commercial development initiatives.
