I’m working with one of Kent’s most active developers on an Engineer hire. Strategic land, masterplanned mixed-use sites, infrastructure-heavy schemes. More variety and complexity than your typical housebuilder role, with the chance to own the engineering coordination from masterplanning through to delivery.
The role:
• Coordinating civil, structural, drainage and transport consultants
• Driving S278, S38 and S104 agreements
• Discharging planning conditions
• Owning engineering coordination across allocated schemes
About you:
• Engineering or technical background, client-side or consultancy
• Solid knowledge of residential civils, highways, drainage and SUDS
• Confident with S278, S38, S104 and planning conditions
• AutoCAD literate
The package:
• Up to £50,000DOE
• Car allowance
