  • Manage subcontract accounts through to final account settlement
  • Provide commercial guidance and support to operational and project delivery teams
  • Monitor commercial performance, identify risks, and maximise value across project delivery

Qualifications

  • Experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or the water sector
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (IChemE experience advantageous)
  • Proven track record in commercial management, forecasting, and subcontract administration
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, or CICES) desirable, or working towards accreditation
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
  • Company pension and life assurance
  • Private medical cover (where applicable)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional loyalty days
  • Flexible benefits package

  • Long-term secured workload across major UK infrastructure frameworks
  • Exposure to complex, high-value infrastructure projects
  • Clear career development and progression opportunities

Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

If you’re looking for a role where you can influence major infrastructure delivery, lead commercial performance, and build a long-term career within a growing sector, we’d love to hear from you.
