Financial Advisor (with Portfolio Included)

Company: Financial Divisions
Apply for the Financial Advisor (with Portfolio Included)
Location: Cambridgeshire
Job Description:

We are looking for a Chartered Financial Adviser to take on a unique, relationship-led role covering the Cambridgeshire area.

Why is this role different?

The opportunity has been created by growth, but more importantly, by succession planning. The London-based Managing Director of this wealth management firm currently advises over 100 loyal, established clients across Cambridgeshire, built entirely on face-to-face trust. He now needs a dedicated local adviser to transition these relationships. We are looking for someone who shares the belief that real, lasting client relationships are built in person, not via a screen.

How it works

  • First 6 months: focus on new business. Commission earnings from day one with no validation period.
  • From month 6, you’ll be handed the MD’s existing client base of 100+ clients to manage and service locally.
  • Ongoing: a steady stream of additional qualified leads through their internal marketing team.
  • Support: a full in-house paraplanning team, so you can more intently focus on your clients.
  • Flexibility: Home-based working

What we’re looking for

  • Chartered Financial Planner status
  • 2–3 years’ experience in financial planning/advice.
  • If you’re not yet at Competent Adviser Status (CAS), there is support to fast-track toward it.
  • A genuine belief in face-to-face client relationships and the trust they build
  • Based in or around Cambridgeshire, with travel to London once a month.

What’s on offer

  • £50,000 – £70,000 DOE
  • Remote-based role with real autonomy
  • An established client bank is waiting for the right person
  • Day-one commission earning potential
  • Full paraplanning support
  • Ongoing lead generation from an internal marketing team
  • Fast-track support towards CAS

We would very much welcome a confidential conversation.

All enquiries handled with complete discretion.
